However, we value flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed for family commitments.
About the Role
We are looking for a talented corporate lawyer to join our expanding legal team. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will play a crucial role in scaling our corporate governance function, leading key strategic transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, and collaborating closely with our Finance Team and senior leadership on a variety of impactful projects. You will help establish the processes and infrastructure that keep us agile and compliant.
To thrive in this position, you should be a business-minded attorney comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adept at complex problem-solving, and capable of exercising sound judgment in situations with incomplete information. We seek someone eager to collaborate across functions and to help define the operational excellence of our corporate and securities practice within a high-growth AI company.
