Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Hospitality Management, or a related field. A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in a luxury hotel environment is preferred. Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven history of effective cost management and control. Proficient in inventory and materials control systems alongside MS Office applications.

About the job

  • Implement comprehensive cost control protocols to ensure accurate tracking and documentation of all inventory movements within the hotel.
  • Conduct physical counts of all storeroom stock and month-end inventory, reconciling final balances, including oversight of the physical count of operating equipment.
  • Assist in the analysis of departmental expenses and allocation of various costs across all departments.
