Join Bosch as a Cost Control Specialist and make a significant impact in optimizing logistics and operational costs. In this role, you will be responsible for the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting as well as in-depth analysis of logistics costs, including IDC and non-IDC costs. You will collaborate closely with business partners to uncover cost-saving opportunities and develop actionable improvement measures.
As the lead for tracking, implementing, and evaluating cost control measures, you will oversee LOG cost and Scrap cost planning for both BP and CF. Your proactive involvement in target setting and performance tracking will be essential to ensure the achievement of company goals.
You will prepare and present comprehensive cost performance reports to central and local management teams, offering insights into trends, variances, and improvement progress.
Your role will also involve formulating data-driven recommendations based on precise cost analysis and forecasting to support strategic and operational decisions.
In addition, you'll handle project calculations and quotations, including investment assessments and make-or-buy calculations. By leveraging digital tools and AI, you will enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the cost management process, driving continuous improvement.
Other ad-hoc tasks and special assignments may also be required.
