You will facilitate enjoyable and educational activities to ensure the safety and development of our young athletes. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children (in roles such as coach, teacher, or camp leader) and a keen interest in early childhood education or child development.Provide individualized attention to help each child succeedImplement a non-competitive approach to create a fun, stress-free environmentUtilize positive reinforcement to motivate children and celebrate their achievementsOur coaches enjoy their work and are open-minded, understanding that coaching is a continuous journey of growth. All coaches receive regular training and adhere to the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.Key Responsibilities:Assist lead coaches in delivering engaging classes that challenge and inspire children while promoting motor development and healthy habits.Communicate effectively regarding any issues and propose suitable solutions.Punctually arrive 15 minutes before classes begin.Set up and dismantle equipment efficiently.Provide hands-on support to children, ensuring personalized attention in both individual and group settings.Compensation starts at $25/hour, with potential increases up to $35/hour.
