About the Team
We are dedicated to enhancing Stripe’s Creative Design team within SDC to effectively reach audiences around the globe. This team is responsible for crafting comprehensive advertising campaigns tailored to various platforms, ensuring that every visual component aligns with our marketing objectives and resonates with our audience. We create original creative content and localize our messaging to cater to the distinct cultural and linguistic nuances of different regions.
Beyond advertising and web content, we produce high-quality designs for presentations and collateral aimed at large users and executive audiences, enhancing clarity and engagement. Our aim is to transform complex information into visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our ideas during client pitches and executive strategy meetings.
What You’ll Do
As an Art Director at Stripe’s SDC, you will demonstrate a passion for storytelling through design. You will utilize design systems to deliver compelling narratives to diverse audiences while adeptly expanding, evolving, defining, and documenting flexible design systems that uphold our high standards of quality and consistency. A strong user-focus, business acumen, and empathetic approach are essential. The ideal candidate will excel in a variety of design styles, clearly articulate design decisions, iterate rapidly, and collaborate seamlessly with marketers, product managers, leaders, and fellow designers.
