The Creative Art Director plays a pivotal role in the ideation and design of comprehensive advertising campaigns. This position is responsible for managing the creative workflow, ensuring that all projects align with strategic objectives while being completed efficiently and within budget constraints.
The ideal candidate will craft innovative designs, layouts, and concepts that enhance brand visibility across all agency initiatives. Collaborating closely with copy partners, you will generate original ideas and solutions in response to creative briefs. Your ability to advocate for your concepts to both colleagues and clients is essential.

- Independently conceptualize and design content aligned with strategic direction.
- Collaborate with senior art staff and copywriters to develop concepts and layouts for client projects.
- Enhance your conceptual skills in partnership with senior art staff.
- Create detailed layouts and storyboards.
- Deliver prompt turnaround on assignments.
- Coordinate with in-house art department and external suppliers to complete projects.
