Position Summary:
As a Creative Art Director at Fishawack Communications, you will play a pivotal role in the conception and design of integrated advertising campaigns. Your leadership will guide the creative process, ensuring that all work aligns with strategic objectives while being completed punctually and within budget constraints.
Your responsibilities will include developing innovative designs, layouts, and concepts that enhance brand visibility across all agency projects. Collaborating closely with a copy partner, you will generate unique ideas and concepts in response to creative briefs. This role requires a passion for selling ideas to peers and clients, alongside supporting senior creative staff and collaborating with teammates.

Basic Responsibilities:
- Independently conceptualize, develop, and design content aligned with strategic direction.
- Collaborate with senior art staff and copywriters on concepts and layouts for client, in-house, and new business initiatives.
- Enhance your conceptual abilities in partnership with senior art team members.
- Prepare detailed layouts and storyboards.
- Ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Coordinate with in-house art departments and external suppliers for project fulfillment.
