We are seeking an innovative and analytics-driven Content and Social Media Manager to spearhead our brand's digital narrative and online footprint. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with designing and implementing effective content strategies, while managing and expanding our social media presence. Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Execution
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive content strategy that resonates with business objectives, aligns with brand voice, and targets the intended audience.
- Create, manage, and oversee high-quality content across diverse formats such as blogs, articles, social media posts, videos, and email newsletters.
- Establish and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, product) to ensure unified messaging across all platforms.
- Enhance content for SEO and performance metrics to maximize reach and visibility.
Social Media Management
- Lead and manage all social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and other emerging channels.
- Devise and implement platform-specific strategies to boost followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.
- Interact with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and fostering an engaged online community.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Monitor, analyze, and report on content and social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and more.
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies, enhance engagement, and optimize return on investment.
- Conduct competitor analysis and audience research to uncover growth opportunities.
Brand & Voice Management
- Ensure brand tone, messaging, and visual identity remain consistent across all content and channels.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines based on current market trends and audience feedback.
