About the Role:
As a Creative Design Associate at our esteemed e-learning firm, you will engage in a diverse array of projects, tailoring your media output to meet specific client needs and deliverables. You will utilize various design tools to produce high-quality layouts, visual storyboards, and graphics for both digital and print formats, including Word and PowerPoint presentations. Initially, your focus will be on supporting our pre-sales team by generating visually engaging content that enhances our sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess robust design skills, a strong ability to conceptualize for various e-learning development tools, and exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams. A sense of commercial awareness, emphasizing efficiency and process enhancement, is also essential.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Creating compelling concept visuals (storyboards/sample layouts) using a range of tools, from Adobe suite to traditional print design software.
- Producing dynamic, high-quality project materials that align with brand standards and client expectations.
- Transforming written content into innovative graphic solutions across multiple media platforms.
- Collaborating with Learning Directors, Learning Managers, Instructional Designers, and Design Managers to deliver visually impactful content of exceptional quality.
- Engaging directly with Sales Representatives and clients to grasp their design needs and preferences.
- Managing your time adeptly to meet the demanding requirements of multiple concurrent projects.
