This position is part of our Personalised Content team, where we specialize in crafting emotive, conversion-centric ideas, products, and campaigns at scale. Our focus is on hyper-personalized digital communications that transform perceptions, inspire new behaviors, and enhance market share for renowned clients such as eBay, Ancestry, Walmart, and many others!
JOB PURPOSE:

As a Designer, you will generate captivating designs that foster dialogues between brands and audiences. Collaborating with strategists, fellow designers, and copywriters, you will produce compelling designs that meet client expectations and uphold DEPT®’s design standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage design projects from inception to completion.
- Contribute innovative ideas during creative brainstorming sessions.
- Produce high-quality design outputs.
- Source images and execute digital artwork.
- Create rich visual content for owned channels including website, app, and email.
- Aim to develop work that aligns with client business objectives.
- Stay updated with current design and marketing trends.
- Embrace constructive feedback for personal and professional growth.
- Ensure accountability for impeccable design results.
- Meet deadlines and deliver on schedule.
- Provide animation for digital platforms including Email, Display, and YouTube.
