You will also handle postal services and basic office supplies.Being the first point of contact for external personnel, your role will involve participating in various processes across different departments, acting as an ambassador for our company while providing first-level support to numerous employees.Your Responsibilities:Act as the primary contact for employees and external visitors.Address baseline requests while delivering general services.Oversee visitor reception and coordination.Process incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.Assist with project work, executing tasks under the guidance of the Workplace Manager.
