Location/Schedule: This role is primarily based at our Corporate Office in Bellevue, WA, for at least 3 days a week, with the option to work remotely on Wednesdays and Fridays.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand & Digital Advertising Leadership
• Champion the brand, ensuring a compelling, consistent, and differentiated narrative across all channels, paid, owned, and earned.
• Convert brand strategy into actionable digital advertising, content, and channel approaches, crafting optimized, data-driven, omni-channel consumer experiences.
• Drive brand expression across impactful digital platforms, including paid social, programmatic display, online video/CTV, search, and CRM, in addition to traditional media.
Creative Strategy, Testing & Optimization
• Spearhead creative development for all advertising and marketing assets, with a strong focus on digital ad formats, video, landing pages, and conversion-centric experiences.
• Supervise creative testing frameworks, including multivariate testing, to enhance messaging, formats, and visuals for maximum performance across national, regional, and local levels.
• Collaborate with media teams to ensure that creative and media strategies are synergistically aligned for optimal ROI.
Agency & Partner Management
• Inspire and manage both internal creative teams and external agency partners, including creative, digital, media, PR, and influencer agencies.
