Role Overview:

We are thrilled to partner with a prominent technology firm to transform their physical environments. As the Creative Lead for Retail Customer Experience, your role will be pivotal in translating advanced brand concepts into engaging, immersive shopping experiences. Your expertise will shape how consumers engage with products in diverse settings, from flagship stores to bustling partner retailers. You will harmonize high-design aesthetics with the practical realities of physical retail. As a specialist in retail branding and marketing, you will collaborate with retail partners to ensure all executions are consistent with the brand vision. Working alongside the global CX creative team, you will help establish regional guidelines and deliverables for both online and offline retail environments, ensuring flawless execution with local teams.

This position requires availability during APAC-friendly hours, commencing at 5:30 a.m. IST.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept Translation: Adapt global creative initiatives into impactful offline formats, including large-format print, window displays, and point-of-sale materials.
  • Integrated Campaigns: Ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms, providing strategic insights and art direction for campaigns that blend physical and digital elements. Plan and direct content tailored to various channels and audience demographics (e.g., video, static images, interactive content).
  • Fixture & Environmental Design: Lead the creative vision for Shop-in-Shops (SIS) and fixtures, ensuring that 2D graphics, 3D structures, and digital components (such as digital screens and interactive surfaces) function collaboratively to enhance product visibility.
  • Experiential Design: Conceptualize and manage the design of unique retail activations, pop-up events, and spaces that vividly embody brand narratives. Optimize spatial customer flow by defining traffic patterns, dwell zones, and interaction points to create immersive storytelling while facilitating seamless conversions. Utilize lighting, soundscaping, and material finishes to craft multi-sensory environments that evoke specific emotional responses and reinforce brand prestige.
  • Visual Merchandising Strategy: Develop and oversee planograms and lead fixture planogram refreshes for third-party retail locations.
