The Opportunity
We are seeking an imaginative and visionary Art Director, Motion to lead our creative endeavors and inspire our teams across a diverse array of motion design projects. In this hybrid role that balances hands-on creativity with leadership, you will guide ideas from concept through to execution, which includes storyboarding, style framing, directing motion designers, and overseeing the creation of top-tier 3D and 2D content for social media, branded campaigns, commercial projects, and immersive experiences. You will work closely with fellow creatives and cross-functional teams to define the visual trajectory of projects, from concise digital micro-content to expansive animated pieces. Your role will also involve ensuring the highest standards of creative excellence while mentoring junior talent and maintaining clarity and efficiency throughout the production pipeline.
