Qualifications
Currently enrolled student or recent graduate in a related field, or 0–2 years of experience in production, operations, or project coordination. Exceptional organizational skills; able to track details and follow through independently. Strong communicator; proficient in coordinating with teams, collaborators, and vendors. Proficient in using spreadsheets, schedules, and project management tools (e.g., Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets). Familiarity with creative workflows—both physical (shoots, events) and digital (video, web, motion, 3D). Composed under pressure; capable of managing tight timelines and changing priorities. Resourceful problem-solver; proactive in resolving issues without waiting for direction. Genuine interest in fashion, art, or cultural production; eager to learn about the creative process. Familiarity with East Asian markets and culture is a plus. Flexible with hours to accommodate shoots, events, and time zone differences.
