Role Overview:
Demandbase is on the lookout for a dynamic Manager of Creative Services to spearhead our creative vision across branding, campaigns, content, and market-facing initiatives. This pivotal role is at the heart of how our story is presented to the world, transforming strategy, narratives, and AI innovations into compelling, impactful creative that engages the market and drives pipeline growth.
You will lead the development and operation of a modern, in-house creative engine that integrates AI-powered workflows with human creativity. From concept through execution, you will ensure that every output aligns with our brand, strategy, and desired outcomes — positioning Demandbase to reshape perceptions, differentiate in the marketplace, and accelerate growth.
This collaborative leadership position will work closely with our Brand, Content, Product Marketing, Growth, and Revenue teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enhance Demandbase’s creative expression across diverse channels: website, campaigns, product launches, content, social media, events, and sales enablement.
- Translate our AI narrative and brand strategy into engaging visual and storytelling frameworks.
- Guarantee consistency, quality, and distinctiveness across all customer and market interactions.
- Propel the brand forward by striking a balance between refinement, boldness, and agility.
AI-Enhanced Creative Studio:
- Establish and lead a cutting-edge creative studio that leverages AI and human collaboration to boost speed, scalability, and innovative experimentation.
- Identify opportunities where AI can enhance ideation, execution, and overall creative processes.
