You will be part of a team consisting of Strategists, Account Managers, Project Managers, Social Media Managers, Campaign Managers, and fellow creatives, including a dedicated team of concept creators and social creatives, and even in-house directors.Your key responsibilities will include:Developing original concepts for social-first campaigns and larger brand narratives.Creating compelling presentations from your creative routes and delivering them effectively.Collaborating on strategic aspects, including target audience insights, channel selection, formats, creators, and tone of voice.Translating ideas across multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) while avoiding a “one size fits all” approach.Working closely with creation, production, and execution teams to ensure quality results (beyond just aesthetics).Engaging in brainstorming, refining ideas, and refining your work until it shines.We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:A minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in an agency setting.A genuine passion for concepting and creating beautiful work.Strong knowledge of social media (platform nuances, timing, formats) and strategic insight as a creative.Ability to work in pairs, solo, or in any format required.A collaborative spirit and openness to feedback.
