ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Certify continues to grow, we are looking to infuse rigor and structure into our operational processes to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while improving unit economics. We are seeking an Operations Team Lead to manage a key segment of our Credentialing team – someone who embodies exceptional people leadership, strong ownership, and an unwavering focus on speed and quality. This individual will supervise a production-oriented team of operations analysts (OAs).
The Credentialing Team Lead will oversee daily credentialing operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory mandates and internal quality benchmarks. This role demands robust leadership skills, direct client engagement, and a commitment to operational excellence.
