The Team:
The finance team in the Netherlands comprises 35 colleagues across various sub-departments: Accounts Payable, Banking, Credit Control, Finance & Control, Cost Control, and Invoicing. Our credit control team consists of 4 members, and we are looking for a new colleague to strengthen our efforts due to a vacancy.
Your Role as a Credit Controller:
Engage with our B2B debtors via telephone, taking action on overdue payments in accordance with established procedures. Maintain awareness of your portfolio's status and developments;
Reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) by monitoring agreed payment terms and notifying debtors of any breaches;
Resolve (complex) disputes regarding outstanding invoices in collaboration with various stakeholders (Commercial Manager, Account Manager);
Track and manage initiated collection procedures;
