Are you a creative and detail-oriented individual with a strong enthusiasm for the iGaming sector? Join our dynamic Sweden CRM team as a CRM Executive, where you will play a pivotal role in executing daily operational tasks in alignment with our brand vision and strategy. Collaborating closely with the Sweden CRM Manager, you will help develop the monthly CRM campaign plan and monitor campaign performance.

In this hands-on position, you will craft compelling copy, request creative assets, ensure that the market's website content remains current, and manage customer communications across various targeted marketing channels including email, SMS, in-app messages, and pop-ups. It is crucial to maintain our brand values, tone of voice, and long-term strategy in all communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sweden CRM team in creating the monthly CRM campaign plan and independently track results alongside the BI team.
  • Coordinate campaign briefs and requests within your team and with central teams, adhering to agreed timelines.
  • Develop and publish engaging copy that reflects the brand's tone of voice for customer communications, including website content, emails, and promotional banners.
  • Update site content, such as text and resources, ensuring relevance and accuracy.
  • Utilize internal and third-party platforms to create campaign-specific pages and promotions, ensuring correct audience targeting and website updates.
  • Manage and execute the brand's communication deliveries, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines, which includes setting up, testing, sending, tracking, and reporting on campaigns across all channels.
  • Establish and execute automated communication activities throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Assist in planning upcoming campaigns to ensure seamless execution.
  • Establish effective communication channels with central operations to align on planned campaigns for maximum synergy.
