YOUR ROLE
As a CRM Manager (m/w/d), you will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of everdrop. Your primary focus will be on enhancing Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), improving repurchase rates, segmentation, testing, reporting, and fostering customer loyalty through personalized communication.
You will design, plan, and execute everdrop's CRM campaign strategies for our loyal customers.
You will be accountable for achieving our set targets including revenue and retention rates.
You will conceptualize, implement, and expand our CRM user flows.
You will take charge of reporting, analysis, and continuous development of all CRM activities.
You will ensure that customer lifecycles are regularly updated with seasonal product and occasion-relevant messages to drive engagement and meet our business objectives.
You will create complex and dynamic segments within our CRM tool (Emarsys) for all campaigns.
You will optimize the CRM strategy through constant A/B testing and the integration of AI and automation.
In collaboration with the entire performance marketing team, you will test and establish new approaches.
