Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.3-5 years of relevant experience within a financial services or wealth management firm is preferred. Proficient understanding and experience with wealth management systems (e.g., Addepar, Redblack, Practifi) is preferred. Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is required; Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification is a plus. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is highly desirable. Technical SkillsProficient in technology solutions, including Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with digital document filing systems is an advantage. Core CompetenciesDemonstrated ability to foster a collaborative team environment. Strong dedication to providing exceptional client service. Excellent command of English grammar, vocabulary, and written communication. Ability to communicate professionally and courteously with a diverse range of individuals. Join Bartlett Wealth Management as a CRM Systems Administrator, where you'll take charge of administering and supporting our CRM platform. This role is crucial for maintaining data integrity and streamlining system integrations. You will collaborate closely with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) and may take on advanced responsibilities depending on your experience. Additional tasks will involve scripting, automation, and managing Microsoft Active Directory, along with providing general IT and application support.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to work alongside management and key user groups to develop tailored internal processes and workflows that enhance our client service experience significantly.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Administration and Support

  • Administer and support the CRM system, including user roles, permissions, and workflows.
  • Work in tandem with MSP for any escalated issues and system improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance standards and maintain data integrity.

Integration and Process Improvement

  • Support existing API integrations and ETL processes linking CRM with other systems.
  • Assist in crafting new workflows to boost efficiency and scalability.
  • Develop and execute scripts to automate system tasks.

Technical Support

  • Manage network folder structures and permissions.
  • Perform Microsoft Active Directory tasks such as unlocking accounts and granting permissions.
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for applications and systems.
  • Troubleshoot user issues across CRM and related platforms.
