Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the CSA team, including supervisors, engineers, and package managers, to ensure the successful execution of all CSA work. Collaborate with the Project Manager and Safety Team to enforce site safety, fostering a robust culture of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental excellence. Coordinate procurement, design, engineering, and installation of CSA works. Formulate a delivery strategy for CSA work packages and assist the commercial team in drafting scope documents and subcontract packages. Review client designs, identifying discrepancies or deviations from established standards, and lead resolutions to safeguard the company's contractual and commercial interests. Engage with QA/QC teams to develop and oversee site quality plans, ensuring adherence to project requirements. Oversee daily site operations, including subcontractor performance, resource allocation, and progress tracking. Manage project schedules in coordination with Planning, Project Management, and subcontractors. Work closely with the design team to prioritize and distribute necessary construction information according to program demands. Facilitate weekly progress meetings with CSA subcontractors, ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping. Participate in project meetings (internal reviews, design coordination, planning, handover) and provide concise reporting to management. Supervise project close-out activities, which include punch lists, safety files, QA documentation, and handover requirements. Support commercial meetings, ensuring all variations are documented and communicated for effective client change management. Review drawings and setting-out information, ensuring coordination of “builders works” drawings related to MEP services. Prepare and distribute daily and weekly project reports. Skills / Qualifications:Degree in a relevant construction-related field, equivalent qualification, or substantial relevant experience. Proven track record in managing civil, structural, and architectural projects. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations.
