Submit contractually compliant commercial documentation. Develop, submit, and agree on external valuations. Negotiate variations, omissions, and final accounts with subcontractors and clients in a timely and professional manner. Regularly report on costs, value, and cash flow. Proactively resolve conflicts when possible. Supervise and mentor junior members of the commercial team. Requirements A relevant degree, typically with a minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience. Strong technical knowledge of building construction and processes. Familiarity with various measurement methods. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate robust business relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Exceptional budgeting and financial forecasting skills. Experience with Buildsoft, CostX, or similar tools is advantageous. Prior experience in data centre projects is a plus.
