YOUR ROLE AS A CULINARY ASSISTANT

In this role, you will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in maintaining high standards of quality in a bustling hotel kitchen. Your responsibilities will include managing orders and ensuring that all products meet our quality standards before acceptance.

You will uphold the highest standards in daily food preparations and stay informed about the latest products, recipes, and culinary techniques.

  • Supporting kitchen staff in daily food preparations

  • Upholding strict hygiene and safety protocols

  • Monitoring the quality and efficiency of kitchen processes

  • Ensuring adequate inventory at your workstation
