Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates must possess:Demonstrated experience in the hospitality industry or a similar position, preferably within a high-volume restaurant setting. Exceptional leadership qualities, with the capacity to inspire and elevate a diverse team. Comprehensive knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety protocols, and kitchen management. Outstanding organizational and time management skills, enabling prioritization of tasks and adherence to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A solid foundation in financial management principles, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory oversight. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members, the executive chef, and other departments. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
