The Cultivation Manager plays a pivotal role in our production facility, overseeing all aspects of cannabis cultivation from propagation to flowering and harvest. This position is responsible for ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality cannabis biomass that meets production timelines, regulatory standards, and internal quality benchmarks. The Cultivation Manager will formulate crop plans, manage greenhouse and environmental systems, oversee genetics, lead the cultivation team, and maintain accurate and compliant cultivation records.
This is a hands-on leadership position that requires robust horticultural expertise, comprehensive knowledge of environmental systems, strong technical problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively manage team dynamics and processes in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment.
