Key Responsibilities:
Build and Architect the Function (The '0-to-1' Mandate)
Design the Digital Infrastructure: Spearhead the creation of a perpetual digital adoption layer (Tech-Touch) for all customer segments. Collaborate with Product and Marketing to create and implement in-app guides, automated email journeys, and self-serve functionalities that enhance adoption without a proportional increase in headcount.
Operationalize the 'Digital Maturity' Model: Develop and apply segmentation logic that classifies customers based on 'Digital Maturity' rather than solely on Recurring Revenue. Configure systems to automatically direct 'Low Maturity' customers towards high-touch interventions while guiding 'High Maturity' customers towards automated innovation paths.
Establish Data Governance: Create the 'White Space' analysis framework. Develop the necessary reports and dashboards to identify under-utilized features and gauge the 'Adoption Saturation Rate' across the portfolio.
Drive Performance & Strategic Execution
Manage the Hybrid Engagement Model: Lead a team of Adoption Specialists to implement a dynamic mix of digital campaigns and human-led interventions, balancing resources between 'Steady State' retention activities and 'Surge State' new feature launches.

You will be tasked with developing a 'Digital by Default, Human by Design' engagement model from scratch, ensuring that customers across all segments fully leverage the Lightspeed platform.
Your mission will be to convert 'Feature Usage' into a strategic advantage for Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV). You will orchestrate a team that combines scalable tech-touch automation with targeted, high-impact human interactions, accelerating adoption rates and establishing strong defenses against churn.
