Role Overview
In the role of Customer Analytics Manager, you will be pivotal in assessing the health, performance, and efficiency of selected programmatic publishers and Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) within Verve’s ecosystem. This position involves collaborating closely with the Marketplace, Business Development, and Account Management teams to detect trends, identify optimization opportunities, and enhance performance outcomes for our esteemed partners.
This role demands a highly analytical mindset and cross-functional collaboration skills, alongside a robust understanding of programmatic advertising dynamics and the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
This is a Hybrid Role, where you will be expected to work in the office three days a week.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Performance Monitoring
Continuously monitor the health and performance of designated publishers and DSPs, offering actionable insights to account teams.
Analyze key programmatic KPIs including bid rate, win rate, effective CPM (eCPM), and overall revenue trends.
Detect and investigate performance anomalies proactively, identifying root causes.
Cross-Functional Reporting
Create and maintain dashboards that visualize customer performance trends and opportunities.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses and produce data extracts to assist Business Development and Account Management teams during client engagements.
Guarantee consistency, accuracy, and usability of reporting across various platforms.
