Join our dynamic team as a Customer Care Expert, where you will play a pivotal role in assisting our users in achieving their business aspirations and enhancing their online presence. This position offers flexible shift options:
- Tuesday - Saturday, 6 AM - 3 PM
- Sunday – Thursday, 6 AM - 3 PM
In this role, you will:
- Engage with users to identify their needs and provide tailored support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact across various communication channels such as email, phone, and chat.
- Guide users through our suite of tools, services, and products, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Act as an advocate for our technical offerings, articulating their functionalities and benefits.
- Continuously develop your expertise in Wix products, staying informed about new features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with various departments and product teams to represent user needs and influence product direction.
- Analyze user behavior to assess and improve overall satisfaction.
This is a flexible hybrid position based in Lviv, allowing you to balance remote work with in-office collaboration when necessary.
