Kelly Services is actively seeking dedicated Customer Care Representatives to join our esteemed client, a prominent health insurance provider based in Fond du Lac, WI.
As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a pivotal role in assisting customers with inquiries related to insurance benefits, eligibility, claims, and provider contracts.
The pay rate for this position is $14.50 per hour.
This call center operates Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with shifts lasting 8 hours. Training will occur over a 4-week period, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The anticipated start date for this role is July 31, 2017, with a duration of 5+ months.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and written communication regarding insurance-related questions.
- Analyzing issues and providing appropriate solutions and information.
- Utilizing a PC/image station to extract and document information accurately in our database.
- Maintaining thorough documentation of inquiries for tracking and analysis purposes.
- Building and sustaining positive customer relationships while coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Conducting follow-up calls and emails as needed under direct supervision.
- Exhibiting strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
This role requires limited knowledge of insurance products and services, but proficiency in communication, critical thinking, and teamwork is essential.
