Shift Requirements: This position requires flexibility with hours, including shifts from 7am - 5pm, 9am - 7pm, or 11am - 9pm. Team members should be available to work 7 days a week, with rotating days off between weekdays and weekends.

We provide a competitive starting hourly wage of $20/hr, with opportunities for significant growth based on performance. You can increase your earnings quickly:
- Pay Range: $20-$22 hourly
- Starting Pay: $20/hr
- At 3 Months: $20.50/hr
- At 6 Months: $21/hr
With our performance-driven Careers Not Jobs program, you can progress from $20/hr to $22/hr in your first year, with merit increases available every 90 days. Additionally, Market Operations may offer other performance-based incentives specific to your location, further enhancing your earning potential.
