As the Learning Experience and Curriculum Lead, your primary responsibility will be to design tailored educational pathways for the AI workforce. This includes developing engaging learning experiences, authoring curriculum, and establishing assessment frameworks. You will harness AI technologies to streamline course content creation, generate realistic scenarios, and ensure our materials remain relevant as products evolve. The goal is to establish a high-quality educational program that is efficient to produce and maintain, while ensuring consistency across all offerings.
Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work closely with teams across Customer Education, Product, and Technical Success to ensure our programs focus on essential skills, demonstrate measurable outcomes, and facilitate AI enablement on a large scale.
About the Role
You will lead the strategy and implementation of enterprise learning pathways and curriculum. Your role will involve creating cohesive learning experiences that range from foundational knowledge to practical skill application, all aligned with critical customer outcomes and supported by straightforward tools such as quizzes, skill assessments, project guidelines, and digital badges.
This position is a unique blend of instructional design, content development, and AI-enhanced educational operations. You will serve as the crucial link between learning science, course production, and tangible customer impact.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine curriculum materials, including learning objectives, lesson plans, scripts, assessments, and guidance for hands-on projects.
Establish a structure for certifications and credentials that reflect genuine skill development, including badges and progression criteria.
Create standards and guidelines for course production, including templates, style guidelines, quality assurance checklists, and update schedules.
Leverage AI tools to expedite course development and upkeep, including content drafting, test case generation, and quality assurance checks.
Design learning analytics to evaluate success metrics such as course completion rates, assessment outcomes, practice performance, and subsequent behavioral changes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure learning experiences remain in sync with product updates, customer requirements, and field feedback.
