The Customer Engineer is responsible for delivering expert technical support to our high-value customers and partners. This role involves resolving complex issues and ensuring proactive system health. Additionally, the Customer Engineer plays a critical part in knowledge sharing to enhance overall customer satisfaction and drive product improvements. Key Responsibilities:Address intricate technical challenges for customers, including technical configurations, workflow compilation, lambda code debugging, integrations, and JSON expertise. Resolve all customer technical inquiries (questions, tasks, and issues) through thorough research, reproduction, and troubleshooting aligned with organizational objectives. Offer alternative solutions and make independent judgments in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve timely issue resolution. Deliver high-quality engineering support that results in exceptional customer satisfaction. Act as a subject matter expert and guide customers in best practices.
