Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who possess:3–5 years of experience in sales or customer expansion roles (including upselling, inside sales, or account management). Proven leadership abilities to enhance team performance through effective coaching, process optimization, and analytical insights. Experience in SaaS, digital, or technology-driven environments. Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of KPIs, metrics, and CRM platforms (Hubspot/Salesforce). Professional proficiency in English. Preferred Qualifications:1–2 years of experience managing goal-oriented teams aligned with business objectives. Experience in selling marketing products (e.g., Google Ads). A keen interest in the healthcare sector.

The Role
As a pivotal member of our team, you will report directly to our COO, playing a key role in driving our customer expansion strategy. You’ll not only manage but also coach your team strategically to enhance the customer lifecycle and maximize value.
Key Responsibilities
In your capacity as the Sales Upsell Leader, your primary duties will include:
- Leading and inspiring a team of Customer Expansion Specialists, ensuring exceptional performance and a customer-centric commercial approach.
- Formulating and executing the Upsell strategy tailored to diverse client segments, streamlining processes, and effectively reducing churn rates.
- Fostering a consultative sales model, guiding doctors in recognizing the value of our solutions and their potential impact on their practices.
- Conducting thorough analyses of portfolio data to pinpoint growth opportunities and areas for enhancement.
- Collaborating closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to develop impactful campaigns, initiatives, and materials.
- Tracking weekly and monthly KPIs to ensure precise forecasting.
