Key Responsibilities

- Help customers navigate the Opendoor home-buying and selling processes by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Handle incoming calls from customers, agents, vendors, and partners seeking information about Opendoor's services.
- Manage challenging customer interactions that require de-escalation and effective communication pathways.
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams to resolve issues effectively.
- Utilize internal and external knowledge resources to provide accurate information and solutions.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of real estate and Opendoor by participating in training sessions and discussions.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement and collaboration with peers.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as sales, pricing, and operations, as well as external partners.
- Understand customer needs deeply and share insights with product teams to improve customer experience and develop unique offerings.
- Consistently meet performance goals related to adherence, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
