  • Utilize internal and external knowledge resources to provide accurate information and solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with internal departments such as sales, pricing, and operations, as well as external partners.
  • Understand customer needs deeply and share insights with product teams to improve customer experience and develop unique offerings.

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
