Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily order processing for designated accounts. Maintain and update SAP files, including customer master files and pricing structures. Ensure timely shipment of promotional orders to customer distribution centers. Manage stock flow to guarantee the correct items are dispatched to customers punctually. Lead meetings with customers and cross-functional teams to drive improvements. Analyze inventory and forecasting for key accounts and recommend strategies for optimizing order forecasts. Order, Shipment, and Reporting Analysis:Collaborate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to enhance service levels. Conduct regular assessments of service performance and compile monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Identify supply chain needs for customers and innovate solutions to address challenges. Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field. Demonstrated analytical skills with a strategic mindset. Experience with SAP systems is preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Background in logistics and customer service. Strong listening skills, urgency, and organizational capabilities. Professional demeanor and self-confidence in performing tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with at least one year of experience. Solid understanding of forecasting, inventory control, and distribution processes.
