Your Role as a Customer Marketer

We are seeking a creative, empathetic, and detail-oriented Customer Marketer to articulate the transformative stories of our customers. Your work will be pivotal in creating engaging content and campaigns that highlight Devin's impact across various industries, including healthcare, finance, government, and retail, both domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers.

  • Design co-marketing initiatives that benefit both our customers and Cognition.

  • Craft compelling customer narratives using diverse formats such as video, long-form articles, event presentations, and photography.

  • Revamp our customer story hub on the website for enhanced visual appeal and usability.

  • Devise industry-specific proof points and materials to support our sales teams.

  • Collaborate with the Revenue Marketing team to amplify customer stories across multiple channels including events, email, and digital advertising.

  • Oversee production agencies for effective campaign execution.

  • Build relationships with sales representatives to ensure successful story integration.

  • Empower sales reps with the tools to leverage customer stories in closing deals.

Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in B2B or B2C marketing, demand generation, or a storytelling-focused role.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.

  • Experience in creating engaging marketing content across various platforms.
