The Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate for our Air Cargo Division at our Hoofddorp location. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational processing and coordination of air freight shipments (both import and export).
What You Will Do
You will maintain daily contact with our customers, advising them on shipments, creatively resolving operational issues, and proactively informing customers of delays or deviations in their shipments. In addition to customer interaction, you will play a vital role in administrative handling; processing customs documentation and meticulously checking invoicing data.
You will not be working alone; you will collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners, contributing actively to achieving team objectives and KPIs.
Working Hours
As the air freight world never stands still, you will work in a shift schedule. This means you will alternate between day shifts one week and evening shifts the next, ensuring a dynamic and varied working environment.
