Qualifications
Prior experience in customer service within hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant sectors is preferred. Fluency in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred, enhancing communication with our diverse clientele. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to engage and connect with customers effectively. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing transactions accurately. Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating problem-solving skills. Basic proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and handling financial transactions.
