We are looking for enthusiastic customer service representatives to join the Odido team starting on May 11, June 1, and June 22. We are searching for motivated colleagues with a strong sense of responsibility and a professional attitude.
Your Role:
As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for private Odido customers. You will respond to customer inquiries regarding technical issues and installations related to internet, TV, and mobile services. Additionally, you will assist customers with their device settings and other queries. Your goal is to provide friendly, efficient, and professional support, ensuring customers hang up with a smile and can utilize their Odido products. Furthermore, we aim to offer customers new Odido products so they can manage all their subscriptions under one roof with their trusted provider! This includes selling new products or expanding existing services.
What We Offer You:
Attractive salary of €16.83 per hour, including vacation pay + potential monthly bonuses. (This is €15.58 excluding as stated in the contract)

Flexible contract options: Flexible contract arrangements ranging from 12-28 to 12-40 hours (with increments of 2 hours). (A new range will be discussed upon extension after 3 months)
Working hours are from 08:00 to 20:00 (Mon-Fri) and on Saturdays and Sundays from 09:00 to 17:30.
