We are looking for enthusiastic customer service representatives to strengthen the Odido team starting from March 30th & April 20th. We are in search of dedicated colleagues with a strong sense of responsibility and a professional attitude.
Your Role:
As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for Odido's private customers. You will answer customer inquiries regarding technical disruptions and installations related to internet, TV, and mobile services. Additionally, you will assist customers with their settings and other queries about their devices. Your goal is to provide friendly, efficient, and professional assistance, ensuring customers hang up with a smile and can utilize their Odido products again. Furthermore, we aim to offer customers new products from Odido so they can consolidate all their subscriptions under one roof with their trusted provider! This includes selling new products or expanding the services they already utilize.
What We Offer:
Attractive salary of €16.83 per hour including vacation pay + potential bonuses each month. (this is €15.58 excluding as stated in the contract)
Fresh fruit, bread, and spread provided for our employees every Monday.
Flexible contract options: Flexible contract types starting from 12-28 to 12-40 hours per week (with increments of 2 hours). (Upon extension after 3 months, a new range will be agreed upon)
Working hours are from 08:00-20:00 (Mon-Fri) and on Saturday and Sunday from 09:00-17:30.
