Qualifications

Prior experience in guest services or customer support is a must. Outstanding communication skills to effectively interact with customers. Familiarity with customer accounts and services is advantageous. Willingness to learn and adapt to software systems. A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Must be able to stand for extended periods and adapt to a dynamic work environment. Possession of a valid (clean) driver’s license. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check and federal fingerprinting.
