Key Responsibilities:
Your main task is to respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat during our business hours.
You will identify customer issues and concerns, allowing us to learn and improve, team collaboration is key.
Your weekly schedule will generally consist of:
90% of your time assisting customers through phone, email, and chat.
5% dedicated to internal coordination and meetings.
5% spent staying informed about the energy transition and related developments.

What we offer:
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is €2,700 to €3,300 gross per month, excluding 8% holiday pay, based on your experience and skills. The lower end of the range is for those who are developing their skills, while the upper end applies to candidates demonstrating a strong ability to perform independently.
