As a Customer Service Representative, you are the voice of Portbase. You will create an unforgettable customer experience by providing a warm welcome as the first point of contact for our clients. Your proactive questioning will help you get to the heart of the issue. You possess the ability to read between the lines and uncover 'the question behind the question'.

Your exceptional listening skills, combined with your helpful attitude, make you the perfect link between our customers and our organization. In your role as a Customer Service Representative, you will engage in:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat;

  • Proactively thinking along and providing solutions for customer queries;

  • Collaborating with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction;

  • Contributing to the improvement of our support processes.

As a Customer Service Representative at Portbase, you will work within the Customer Service Team, which is the go-to point for user-level queries from our customers.
