Your Professional Mission as a Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at Portbase, you will be an integral part of our dedicated Customer Service team. This team serves as the primary contact for user-level inquiries from our clients.

In this role, you will ensure a positive customer experience and contribute significantly to the service orientation of Portbase as well as the reputation of your team! Your proactive and helpful nature allows you to ask the right questions at the right time. You understand the importance of digging deeper into customer queries, as there may be underlying issues to address. With your problem-solving skills and a strong initiative, you can devise structural solutions for recurring challenges.


Your Key Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative at Portbase

  • You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries effectively.

  • You will ensure accurate documentation of customer queries and provide excellent resolution of customer issues.

  • You will interact with various departments within Portbase, fostering a sense of connection and gaining insights into logistics.

  • You will collaborate closely with your team, contributing positively through clear communication and flexibility.

  • You will provide both solicited and unsolicited advice on current issues or potential improvements.

  • You will stay updated on developments in your field, ensuring you have current knowledge at your fingertips.
