About the job

As a Self Storage Manager, you will independently oversee multiple locations, engaging with customers both indoors and outdoors.
Your role involves assessing customer storage requirements and providing recommendations, including upselling packing and moving supplies.
Conduct daily inspections of storage units to verify inventory and availability, ensuring that spaces are ready for rent.
Manage cash drawers and perform bank deposits as part of daily operations.
Assist customers in staying current with their payments by making reminder and collection calls as necessary.

Physical Requirements:

Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
Ability to navigate around facilities, spending up to 50% of your time outdoors, which includes climbing stairs and operating large doors.
Engage in cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and ensuring that exterior grounds maintain a clean and appealing appearance.
