- As a Self Storage Manager, you will independently oversee multiple locations, engaging with customers both indoors and outdoors.
- Your role involves assessing customer storage requirements and providing recommendations, including upselling packing and moving supplies.
- Conduct daily inspections of storage units to verify inventory and availability, ensuring that spaces are ready for rent.
- Manage cash drawers and perform bank deposits as part of daily operations.
- Assist customers in staying current with their payments by making reminder and collection calls as necessary.
Physical Requirements:
- Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to navigate around facilities, spending up to 50% of your time outdoors, which includes climbing stairs and operating large doors.
- Engage in cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and ensuring that exterior grounds maintain a clean and appealing appearance.
