Join our team as a Customer Service Validation Technician where your primary responsibility will be to execute service orders (ODS) assigned to you. This includes conducting environmental control tests in cleanrooms, cabins, equipment, and controlled environments in compliance with established procedures, initiating equipment setups under the guidance of your supervisor, and adhering to company requirements and current pharmaceutical industry regulations. Your efforts will ensure the optimal functioning of our equipment, thereby fulfilling our commitments to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage assigned service orders (ODS) in accordance with the company's quality policy and applicable regulations.
- Conduct environmental control tests in cleanrooms, cabins, equipment, and controlled spaces, documenting results following established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Implement necessary corrective actions to achieve the objectives of assigned tasks.
- Report progress, incidents, and associated actions to the Line Manager and Planning Managers.
- Accurately report all completed tasks using provided computer tools (SAP FSM & DisQ).
- Strictly adhere to expense reporting, hour allocation, and attendance tracking.
- Uphold the company’s image and advocate for its interests with clients.
