We are on the lookout for a Customer Solution Architect Team Lead to lead an exceptional team of Customer Solutions Architects, fostering the adoption of Supabase across a broad spectrum of clients—from agile startups gearing up for their initial launch to established enterprises managing extensive workloads.
As the CSA Team Lead, your role will encompass both people management and customer outcomes, ensuring effective team execution while cultivating repeatable best practices throughout pre-sales discovery, proof-of-value onboarding, and technical success.
What You’ll Do
In this capacity, you will oversee a portfolio of high-value customers, empowering your team to achieve technical excellence and long-term customer success. Your responsibilities will include:
Recruit, mentor, and develop a global team of Customer Solutions Architects who act as trusted technical advisors to our clients.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to define and scale the CSA process throughout the customer journey—from initial discovery to adoption and renewal.
Design structured onboarding, training, and development programs for CSAs focusing on technical storytelling, Postgres optimization, and customer success strategies.
Ensure CSAs consistently achieve successful outcomes, facilitate adoption, and deliver value to paid Team and Enterprise accounts.
Engage with strategic customers as necessary, particularly during complex escalations, architectural deep dives, or critical onboarding phases.
Become a pivotal part of our team supporting Supabase Team & Enterprise customers, leading and innovating in the following areas:
Pre-Sales Discovery:
Lead and evaluate technical discovery sessions initiated by CSAs to identify business and technical objectives, set suitable expectations of the Supabase platform, and establish success criteria.
Assist CSAs in crafting and delivering platform demonstrations customized for high-value clients, ensuring they effectively convey the benefits of the Supabase platform and team.
