Position Summary
As a Customer Success Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience for our high-volume accounts. This hybrid position is crafted for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who excels in nurturing relationships and is enthusiastic about leveraging marketing strategies to create personalized experiences on a large scale. You will oversee the customer journey from onboarding through renewal, ensuring that clients feel supported and valued throughout their engagement with us. Your role will involve co-designing digital outreach strategies and automated processes that enhance both personal connection and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with various teams to develop content, workflows, and logic that facilitate seamless customer interactions, while continuously seeking ways to scale empathy and improve the overall experience.
Reporting to the Manager of Customer Success, you will work alongside the Customer Success team and collaborate with the Education and Adoption, Implementation, and Support teams to deliver exceptional service.
