The Role

We are excited to invite expressions of interest for a meticulous Customer Success Manager. This pivotal role will center on implementations and onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for our clients from sale to full platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee comprehensive presales and implementation projects from kickoff through to go-live.

  • Create and implement detailed project plans customized to each client's specific requirements.

  • Adjust the CorePlan platform to fulfill unique customer specifications.

  • Conduct meticulous data migration and validation processes.

  • Design and deliver tailored training programs for various user roles.

  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and resources to guarantee timely and successful deployments.

  • Collaborate with our global team to address customer-specific needs effectively.

  • Establish and uphold project best practices and playbooks.

  • Provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption and troubleshoot any issues.

  • Conduct regular check-ins and health assessments with assigned accounts.

  • Work independently while maintaining robust communication with the team.
